These Terms & Conditions apply to the Churros Locos Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”). By joining or using the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. The Promoter

The Scheme is operated by Churros Locos (“we”, “us”, “our”).

  1. Eligibility
  • The Scheme is open to individuals aged 16 years or over.
  • Employees of Churros Locos may participate unless otherwise stated.
  • Participation is free, and no purchase is required to join.
  1. How To Join
  • Customers may join the Scheme by signing up online or via a QR code.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
  1. Earning Points
  • Members earn points for qualifying purchases made in-store or online.
  • Points are only awarded when the loyalty QR code is scanned or the registered email is used at checkout.
  • Points cannot be added retrospectively for purchases where the loyalty account was not used.
  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  1. Redeeming Rewards
  • Points may be redeemed for rewards as advertised at the time of redemption.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time.
  • Points will be deducted automatically once a reward is redeemed.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
  • Bonus rewards, promotions, or limited-time offers may be subject to additional terms.
  1. Birthday Rewards
  • Customers must be signed up to the Scheme to receive birthday rewards.
  • Proof of date of birth may be required.
  • Birthday rewards may be valid for a limited time and, if applicable, must be used within the stated period.
  1. Misuse Of The Scheme

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, suspend, or terminate any account if we believe there has been misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
  • Cancel or withdraw points or rewards obtained improperly.
  1. Changes To The Scheme
  • Churros Locos reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • This includes changes to:

    • How points are earned
    • Rewards offered
    • Expiry periods
    • Eligibility criteria
  • Updated Terms will be made available where the Scheme is promoted.
  1. Termination
  • Members may close their accounts at any time.
  • Upon termination, all unused rewards will be forfeited.
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data collected through the Scheme will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Data will only be used for administering the Scheme, providing rewards, and marketing communications where consent has been given.
  1. Liability
  • Churros Locos is not responsible for:

    • Technical issues preventing participation
    • Lost, stolen, or inaccessible loyalty accounts
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
